Well this is my first blog and my first review! I joined Thinfromwithin about 13 Weeks ago. My daughter and I decided to give it try. We received in the mail: Two Booklets and Two Videos. One booklet with an eating plan and the other a12 week workout plan. The videos are the instructions on some of the exercises that are in the workbook. You will also have access to the online community group and downloads. We followed the meal plan and it the first week, my daughter lost 7lbs, I lost 5 - it was pretty easy to follow and the worksout were also easy. As the weeks went by the workouts got hard, but that is a great thing, because we started to see fat loss and muscles forming. The workout only took us at the max, 30 minutes, 3 days a week. And to be honest, I feel in love with the workout routines. You will use weights and your natural body weight to lose fat and gain muscle. I actually have gotten in the best shape of my life using this program. My background has been fitness since the age of 16. I have used tons of workout videos from Beach Body and other fitness gurus, and none of them have I gotten the results that I have seen from this 12 week program. I highly recommended the Thinfromwithin program. We have changed our eating to where it never feles like we are dieting, we eat healthier and look amazing!
